Problem statment

• Our marketing team required promo pages so our applications and services are more visible and easy to market.
• Some of our applications like RIPEstat and RIPE Database lands users directly to the app environment without any explanation of what is it, who it is for and how it is.

Solution

To solve these problems, we had to go to the whiteboard and define user personas and user journey. Once we got that right we landed on designing landing pages with a clear direction on who is it for and working with communications team we noted the best features per application to highlight on the landing page.

Implementation

First I created the concept to stretch design boundaries to show what is possible without thinking too much on the branding. After stakeholders approval I did the wireframes to demonstrate the layout and content structure and worked with developers to implement design.

When we finalised the development of the landing pages, I have setup the testing with internal staff and external users to collect feedback and improve what is missing. The results were great with few minor adjustments.

Concept design
